Homocysteine Test
Elevated homocysteine levels have been associated with an increased risk of cognitive decline and neurodegenerative diseases.
By measuring homocysteine levels, we can gain insights into potential risks and take proactive steps to support cognitive vitality.
Managing homocysteine levels through diet, lifestyle changes, and appropriate care can help mitigate these risks and support overall cognitive health.
Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA) Test
The HTMA test is essential for identifying heavy metal toxicity and mineral imbalances, both of which can have detrimental effects on cognitive function.
Heavy metal exposure, such as lead, mercury, and arsenic, has been linked to cognitive impairments and neurodegenerative diseases.
Rebalance Blood Test
The Rebalance blood test offers a comprehensive assessment of key markers associated with cognitive health.
B12 and folate are crucial for neurological function, and deficiencies in these vitamins have been linked to cognitive decline and neurodegenerative diseases.
Vitamin D plays a role in cognitive function and mood regulation, while thyroid function affects cognitive processing speed, memory, and mood.
Glucose levels impact brain function and cognitive performance, with dysregulated glucose metabolism being a risk factor for cognitive impairment.
Inflammation markers provide insights into neuroinflammation, which is associated with various cognitive disorders.
By evaluating these markers, along with other key body biochemistry markers, we can identify potential risk factors for cognitive decline and take proactive steps to support cognitive health.
