Understanding Your Body, One Step at a Time

Every consultation is designed to uncover the why behind your symptoms.
Rather than simply managing them, my aim is to understand the deeper connections between your digestion, hormones, immune function, liver, thyroid and nutrient status, helping you restore balance naturally.

I combine naturopathic wisdom with functional medicine testing anc clinical nutritional therapy to identify imbalances that may not show up on standard tests.
Testing is entirely optional but it is encouraged as it often provides the quickest route to identifying the root cause of your symptoms and creating a precise, evidence-based plan.

Consultation Fees

Each consultation is tailored to your individual needs and includes a detailed review of your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, diet, and emotional wellbeing.
You’ll receive a personalised plan after your appointment, covering nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations.

Many clients choose to begin via Zoom. It is equally effective, convenient and allows us to review your results and build your plan from the comfort of your own home.

Functional Testing

Functional testing provides valuable insight into how your body is functioning at a cellular and biochemical level.
These results often reveal underlying imbalances that can’t be detected through standard NHS testing, helping me understand your body’s unique needs and tailor your plan precisely.

All tests include:
  • A private phlebotomy visit to your home or place of work.
  • Review of your results in your separately booked consultation

Why Functional Testing Matters

Because I specialise in interpreting complex data through a functional lens, this approach often provides faster, clearer results than working from symptoms alone.
There`s a saying in the functional medicine circle - "Test, don`t guess".  Testing transforms your care from assumption to precision.

By analysing your blood, stool, and other biomarkers, I can uncover subtle imbalances often long before symptoms appear and create a plan that truly supports your body’s needs.

To get the best value from your investment, it’s often best to arrange your testing before your initial consultation, so your results are ready for review during your appointment.

Before We Meet

Before we meet, I’ll ask you to fill in a detailed health questionnaire and keep a food diary for a few days. This helps me get a clear picture of your current health, lifestyle and eating habits so that we can make the most of our time together.

When we sit down for your consultation we’ll go through your health history, symptoms and any concerns you have, along with the information from your questionnaire and food diary. If you have any recent and relevant blood tests, I’ll take those into account too.

Bringing a Guest

You are welcome to bring a friend or family member to your appointment if you would like support during your session.

Follow-Up Appointments

Most people require at least one follow-up appointment after implementing their personalised plan. Follow up appointments are usually arranged for approximately 8 - 10 weeks after the initial consultation to track progress, adjust recommendations and ensure you are getting the best results.
A Personalised Approach to Your Health

When you book a consultation with me you're not just getting a standard health check, you’re getting a tailored, in-depth assessment that combines naturopathy, functional medicine, and clinical nutrition. This approach allows me to look at the bigger picture, uncover the root causes of your symptoms and create a plan that is unique to you.

What This Means for You

I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I use a combination of natural therapies, in-depth health analysis and targeted nutritional strategies to help your body function at its best.
  • Naturopathy supports your body’s ability to heal itself, using natural approaches like nutrition, lifestyle adjustments, nutrient supplementation, herbal medicine, and other supportive therapies. Instead of just managing symptoms, we look at what’s driving them and how we can correct those imbalances.
  • Functional Medicine takes a deep dive into your health history, symptoms, and any test results, to uncover what’s really going on. It helps us understand how different systems in your body are connected and what we can do to bring things back into balance.
  • Clinical Nutrition ensures that your diet is working for you, not against you. I assess your nutrient levels, dietary habits, and any potential deficiencies, then provide realistic and achievable recommendations tailored to your lifestyle.

This approach is about more than just feeling better today, it’s about helping you build the strongest, healthiest version of yourself for the long term.

Your Body is a Remarkable, Resilient System

Your body is an incredible, self-regulating system that is always working to keep you in balance.

No matter what challenges it faces, it constantly adapts, repairs and adjusts to keep you going. Given the right conditions, the right nutrients, the right support and the removal of anything standing in its way, it has an amazing ability to regain balance.

I know that when you’re struggling with symptoms, it can feel frustrating and disheartening, but those symptoms aren’t your body failing you, they’re actually signs that it’s working hard to regain balance but something is getting in the way.

My job is to help identify what those root causes are that are stopping your body from thriving and support you in removing those barriers. Together, we’ll work towards giving your body what it needs so it can do what it was designed to do wherever it can.

Everyone’s body responds differently, and progress can vary depending on many individual factors.
My aim is to guide and support you through a gradual, evidence-informed process that encourages long-term balance and better understanding of your own health.
